Return And Refund Policy

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund.

  1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and get a full refund.
  2. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
  3. Request your return by emailing support@canyonways.com with a detailed reason for the return along with pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, we will send you a return shipping label via email. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  4. Once the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment and a refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase. Please keep in mind there is often some processing time for your bank or credit card company, and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

We issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved. That means that the money leaves our account immediately. But, please keep in mind that there is often some processing time for your bank or credit card company, and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you have not received a refund after 5 business days, please go through the following steps: First, check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@canyonways.com.

TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER:

Please contact us at support@canyonways.com within 12 hours of placing your order to cancel it or make any changes. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong one, contact us at support@canyonways.com and we'll immediately send out a replacement.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

We aim to make every purchase satisfactory for our customers. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sales items or gift cards. 

EXCHANGES:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

MISSING ITEMS:

In the rare event that an item is missing from your order, please follow these steps:

  • Verify the packing slip, which lists all the items included in your package/order.
  •  If any items listed are missing, contact our customer service team at support@canyonways.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide your order number along with a clear description of the missing item in the email.
  • Our team will investigate the matter and work swiftly to resolve the issue.

If the package appears tampered with, we encourage you to submit a claim with the carrier.
