A- We offer free shipping on all orders.

AOrders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. 

Q- What is the estimated delivery time?

A- Standard delivery within the United States generally takes between 3 to 7 business days. Express International, which ships to Canada, generally takes between 7-18 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Q- Do you offer International shipping?

A- Yes. At the moment, we offer shipping services to addresses within Canada as well as the United States.

Q- Where is my tracking number?

A- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your package in real-time. If you can’t find your tracking number, please get in touch with us at support@canyonways.com.

Orders:

Q- How can I cancel my order?

A- Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to cancel it. Keep in mind that we cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.

Q- Who do I contact for order-related issues?

AIf there's a problem with a purchase, contact us at support@canyonways.com, describe the issue and send any available photos. You can also reach out to us by using the Contact Us form. 

Q- How can I make changes to my order?

A-  Contact us at support@canyonways.com within 12 hours of placing the order if you need to make changes. 

Returns and Refunds:

Q- What is your return policy?

A-  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and get a full refund. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Q- How do I initiate a return?

A- Request a return by emailing support@canyonways.com with a detailed reason for the return along with pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, we will send you a return shipping label via email. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Q- If I send the Blendee back, how will I receive a refund?

A- Once you've initiated a return and the return is approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that there is often some processing time for your bank or credit card company, and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. Q- What if my product is damaged or defective?

A- If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@canyonways.com. We will send you a replacement free of charge.
