SHIPPING COSTS:
We offer free shipping on all orders.
PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location. Standard Delivery within the United States generally takes between 3 to 7 business days. Express International, which ships to Canada, generally takes between 7-18 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Deliveries are usually scheduled from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am to 6:30 pm.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS:
We offer shipping services to addresses within the United States and Canada.
ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your package in real-time. If you can’t find your tracking number, please get in touch with us at support@canyonways.com.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:
Upon delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the package and inspect it for any damage or discrepancies. If issues arise, please contact our customer service team at support@canyonways.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS:
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may cause exceptions. We will keep you informed of any delays and work towards a resolution.
MISSING ITEMS:
In the rare event that an item is missing from your order, please follow these steps:
- Verify the packing slip, which lists all the items included in your package/order.
- If any items listed are missing, contact our customer service team at support@canyonways.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a clear description of the missing item in the email.
- Our team will investigate the matter and work swiftly to resolve the issue.
If the package appears tampered with, we encourage you to also submit a claim with the carrier.
Should the order delivery date surpass 48 hours and we have not received the requested information, we will assume the order was received per our records and therefore we will be unable to offer any sort of compensation.
